The focus of the brief was to re-design UniCredit’s existing application forms for new customer acquisitions that could easily be integrated into their existing pages on the website for new accounts.
Due to the increase in mobile browsing to the UniCredit website, the client felt the need to look and their existing application forms to see how new account conversions could be improved across mobile devices and avoid significant drop-offs.
UniCredit Bank is a leading European commercial bank with an international network spanning 50 markets.
What we did.
UI farm designed and developed a fully responsive prototype with custom experiences for smartphone, tablet and desktop to be implemented in the existing website.
As the integration of the responsive application forms was to be performed by another 3rd party agency, UI Farm provided full integration support including a comprehensive, modular based UI style guide to make the implementation of the application forms a pain free process.
